Well Well Well.... to let you all know we have baby #3 on the way. I'm due September 16th and currently almost 8 weeks. So I've been putting up with the nausea and fatigue. I feel so tired.... ALL OF THE TIME! When Jase isn't sleeping through the night yet and I'm up with them all during the day... I'm beat by 9pm. At first when I found out.. I was really overwhelmed. I just kept thinking how am I going to do this?? Won't I go crazy?? But then I remembered feeling that when I was pregnant with Jase and for the most part the boys are really good, and I think they have their good days and bad days just like the rest of us. And so far, I have't been put in a mental institution. :) Seth is really excited, he was actually hoping for twins(crazy guy!)... but we only have a little muffin inside. I know its hard to look at an ultrasound and see where the baby is... but on mine above .. you can see a big black area towards the top, and inside the dark area there is a little fuzz of whiteness.. Thats our baby. I think "she" takes after me.
So I had my first Dr's appt yesterday. Everything was going great.. the Dr. was really peppy and talkative. Well, right in the middle of my ultrasound she got really quiet and noticed something concerning. I don't know if you can tell the dark spot below where the baby is to the left of the picture.. well thats blood in my uterus. She thinks that it may be from where the baby attached itself to the uterus and the blood just hasn't absorbed yet. She measured it and restricted me from any vigorous activity (poor seth). So no hanky panky and no more playing soccer. She doesn't want the bleeding to increase and she is hopeful that it will be absorbed by the next appt in 4 weeks. Right now the baby is completely healthy and it won't cause any harm to my pregnancy if it stays the same size... if it starts to grow then its a concern. I called my brother in law to see what he had to say about it cause he's a really smart nurse, and he also told me that there maybe a possiblity that the baby is slowly detaching itself from the uterus and if that happens, then the uterus will start to reject it and I will miscarry. I'm hoping its just what the Dr. said and nothing else and everything will go back to normal next month.
When I came home I guess I was in shock that I had gone a little bad news at the Dr. Normally I go in for my OB appts and everything is ALWAYS good, and they baby is healthy. So when me and Seth were at the appt and she started telling us about this blood we both just stood there like "WHAT?" Well... Seth reminded me that if anything goes wrong with this pregnancy that Heavenly Father just had a different plan for this little one. I just need to remember that.

Hello from Silver City! I peak in on you every once in awhile to see how you're doing. Your boys are soooo cute! Your baby news is exciting. Congratulations! You take care, and I'll drop by later to check up on you.
You guys do know what is causing that don't ya? (This from a man with 4 rugrats running around) That is so cool though! I know it can feel overwhelming at times but your positive attitude and approach to life can only help (along with copious amounts of chocolate). As a man, I'm not allowed to "Think Pink" but I will polish up the ol' shotgun in preparation as a sign of my positive thinking.
