So the weekend before Easter I had Seth run to the store for something and when he returned he returned with a pot of Easter Lillies! I love Lillies, and these ones are beautiful!For Easter we went over the Seth's parents house and had dinner. We ate hamburgers and pork chops and macaroni salad. They was lots of fruit and fruit dip! Dad made thsi YUMMY strawberry lemonade! It was to die for! Whenever me and Seth go out to eat at any restaurant we always ask for strawberry lemonade... and I think last night was the best I have ever tasted! Good job Dad! Maxx and Jase colored eggs. Maxx really took to it, and got teh hang of it. Maybe next year when Jase it older he'll enjoy it more.
It was Kade's first Easter... Man he's getting big. Here's him and Grandpa.
We had such an eventful weekend! And the boys seemed to enjoy all the festivities..... Hope everyone had a special Easter holiday, like we did!

Sounds like you had a fun Easter! I think it gets better as the kids get older! They are way more into it! I love the lilies, so pretty!
I miss the lake. Justin and I had a ski boat and got rid of it when we had kids. We'll get one again when they are a little older! :-)

One of the talks at church this week was about Christ's reference to the Lily in the Sermon on the Mount and how the Lily was greater than even King Solomon. Our Choir also sang "Consider the Lilies".
As for the dyed eggs, my kids would be jealous. That is something I think they have only done once or twice in what, 9 years... we are such bad parents!
